The first and last key holders have responsibility for opening and closing the race hut and carrying out the following cleaning routine
- First Key Holder will
- sanitise their hands before opening the race hut
- open the race hut
- put the white plastic chairs outside
- open the windows
- clean the window handles and starting horn with disposable disinfected wipes or disinfectant spray & paper towels and put them in the black bag
- turn on the starting horn
- put hand shears, disposable disinfected wipes or disinfectant spray & paper towels and black bag outside for members use
- sanitise their hands
- Last Key Holder will
- sanitise their hands
- clean the window handles and starting horn with disposable disinfected wipes or disinfectant spray & paper towels and dispose of them in the black bag
- close the windows
- put away the white plastic chairs, hand shears, disposable disinfected wipes or disinfectant spray & paper towels
- close the race hut
- sanitise their hands
